Brand Manager – Dairy DACH (m/f/d)

About the role

Join Danone’s dynamic team responsible for iconic brands such as Volvic, Activia, Actimel and Alpro. As Brand Manager for the Dairy DACH region you will lead the creation and activation of a new brand platform, turning consumer insights and market opportunities into growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new growth areas, consumer needs and market opportunities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Develop and own the strategy for the new brand platform based on local analyses and EU/global pipelines.
• Set strategic priorities through detailed target‑group, market and competitive analyses.
• Define portfolio setup, brand equity development, route‑to‑market and activation plans.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams within the DACH cluster and collaborate with EU/Global teams.

Required profile

• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable field.
• Minimum 3 years of brand‑management experience in consumer goods, preferably food & beverage.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and experience launching media campaigns and product innovations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, self‑motivation and agility in changing market conditions.
• Confident presenter and pitch‑er with a convincing, inspiring personality.
• Fluent in German and English.
