Brand Visual Designer

About the role

The Brand Visual Designer will be the creative backbone of BOB’s marketing team, shaping and protecting the visual identity of a leading Bitcoin ecosystem project. This hands‑on, remote role requires producing a high volume of polished assets while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to translate technical ideas into compelling visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the BOB brand, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines covering typography, colour, iconography, illustration and motion.
• Act as internal brand authority, reviewing and approving creative output from partners and third‑party collaborators.
• Conduct regular brand audits and manage a centralized asset library.
• Create and maintain on‑brand template libraries for social media, advertising, email, and event collateral.
• Produce high‑quality assets for product launches, ecosystem announcements, technology updates and community campaigns.
• Design infographics, data visualisations and explainer graphics that simplify complex blockchain concepts.

Required profile

• Strong foundational design skills with a proven ability to work independently.
• Fluency in motion graphics and video production.
• Experience leveraging AI‑powered creative tools to accelerate output.
• Comfort collaborating with remote engineering, product and marketing teams across time zones.
• Self‑sufficient, creative range and a passion for the crypto/blockchain space.
