Business Analyst Corporate FP&A

About the role

The Business Analyst Corporate FP&A supports adidas' Corporate Controlling function by delivering transparent financial performance insights and ensuring the integrity of reporting, forecasting, budgeting and target‑setting processes across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Create transparency on P&L and OWC performance by analysing data from multiple sources.
• Provide senior and group management with timely, accurate financial analysis and insights on market, category and channel trends.
• Maintain governance of standard reporting, forecasting, budget planning and target‑setting in line with group policies.
• Support monthly financial processes, including month‑end closing activities.
• Coordinate with finance, commercial, investor‑relations and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify and share best practices, build analytical tools and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar finance or FP&A role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle large data sets.
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and planning processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable working cross‑functionally in a changing environment.
