Business Analyst – Finance (Dynamics 365)

About the role

TAKKT is seeking a Business Analyst Finance to support the further development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will work closely with functional experts, development teams and project managers to enhance finance processes and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on finance processes.
• Gather and evaluate stakeholder requirements in collaboration with functional experts and development teams.
• Provide in‑house consulting using agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Manage incidents, requests, problems and changes, offering 2nd‑level support for finance‑related applications.
• Support ERP rollout projects, including on‑site assistance during migrations and user training.
• Create concepts for harmonising, digitalising and automating finance processes, including requirement management, backlog refinement and Fit/Gap analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in business informatics, business administration or a related field.
• Initial IT experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Understanding of finance processes and related sub‑processes.
• Strong communication skills, customer‑focused mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Professional English proficiency, basic German skills and willingness to travel.
