Business Development Account Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Account Manager to lead the international expansion of our e‑commerce portfolio. You will define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure seamless entry into new regions, bringing our open‑source hardware solutions to creators worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assess market potential and consumer trends to identify high‑value international opportunities.
• Design localized go‑to‑market plans, including marketing, distribution, and regulatory compliance.
• Select and integrate e‑commerce platforms and third‑party solutions that deliver a localized user experience.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders to align on milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the launch of new storefronts, managing local partnerships or agencies as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce ROI analyses, and provide data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
• Run conversion and funnel optimisation experiments to maximise lead generation and sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and scaling e‑commerce marketplaces across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi‑regional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making.
