Business Development Aircraft (m/f/d) for MRO

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Business Development Aircraft (m/f/d) for MRO to join its Augsburg team. The role will support the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) business strategy, identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment with profitability targets across global customer centers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the MRO AC business strategy by identifying opportunities within the global Airbus Helicopters network.
• Assist with Offset Business Cases and preparation of MRO AC offers in coordination with S&S teams.
• Analyse fleet data, customer feedback and lost‑deal reports to propose market‑capture campaigns.
• Drive sales‑funnel activities, propose solutions and align projects with technical and financial goals.
• Provide real‑world performance data to the Product Support Policy for future market needs.
• Act as the main liaison between regions, customer centers and internal departments to anticipate fleet support requirements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to develop service bulletins and identify partners for retrofit projects.

Required profile

• Aerospace Engineering degree or a related technical field.
