About the role

Infosys is looking for a Business Development Director (Hunter) to lead market strategy and proactive sales activities for the Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail and Logistics sectors in Germany. The role focuses on generating new business, building a pipeline and positioning Infosys as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

Identify and win new service deals in the CPG, Retail and Logistics verticals.
Act as the public face of Infosys, establishing the company as an industry leader.
Leverage Infosys’ technology and industry capabilities to design solutions that address client business challenges.
Develop platform solutions and drive the sales execution process from prospecting to closure.

Required profile

Proven experience closing large‑value deals and interacting with CXO‑level executives.
Hands‑on experience creating and presenting proposals, negotiating complex offers and defending them with a team.
Strong leadership, communication and presentation abilities.
