About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth for a fast‑scaling SaaS platform in the hospitality technology sector across Europe. The role is remote‑first and focuses on the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building long‑term relationships with hotels, venues and conference centres.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end sales process for SMB hospitality accounts in the European market.
  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies to generate and convert new revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and lead commercial discussions to closure.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Representative team to optimise outreach and pipeline development.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences, with occasional travel.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine regional sales strategy.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, preferably within hospitality tech.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and meeting revenue targets.
  • Consultative, solution‑selling approach in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent English and at least one additional European language (German preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first setting.
