About the role

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full product offering to effectively educate prospective customers.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and demos.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customer success to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
• Shadow senior team members to understand the end‑to‑end sales process and prepare for progression.
