Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

Hawk, a leading AI‑supported anti‑money laundering and fraud detection provider, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join its Marketing team. Based in Munich or London, you will help generate revenue by building relationships with mid‑market and enterprise prospects and arranging meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts, uncovering goals and pain‑points to tailor outreach.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach (email, social media, events) to generate qualified leads and set up meetings.
• Meet MQL and pipeline generation targets by coordinating prospect meetings with Hawk sales representatives.
• Design and run pre‑event campaigns, attend industry events, and conduct post‑event follow‑up to convert conversations into qualified meetings.
• Leverage marketing content and campaigns to drive demand for Hawk’s AML and fraud‑prevention solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in sales tools and ensure team compliance with data‑entry standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of business development experience in a B2B technology environment.
• Strong enthusiasm for engaging prospects and matching challenges with solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Positive, resourceful, resilient, and able to prioritize tasks with urgency.
