Business Development Representative – Berlin (DACH)

About the role

As a Business Development Representative you will drive noo.ma’s growth across the DACH region, building relationships with hotels, developers, retailers and office operators. You will act as the front‑line ambassador of the brand, turning cold outreach into long‑term partnerships and supporting complex projects together with senior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the DACH market through cold outreach, networking and industry events.
• Develop project pipelines with hotels, developers, retail chains and office operators before they reach the brief stage.
• Represent noo.ma at the Berlin showroom, trade fairs, design weeks and hospitality events, acting as the main point of contact for architects and interior designers.
• Collaborate with experienced Berlin colleagues and the central B2B team in Poland on complex deals.
• Curate and manage the architecture zone at Weinmeisterstraße, inviting key industry players and fostering a design community hub.

Required profile

• Some experience in B2B sales or a strong motivation to enter contract sales within furniture, interior design, construction or related sectors.
• Proactive network building in Berlin and the wider DACH region (hoteliers, developers, architects, specifiers).
• Decisive, direct communication style and comfort with cold outreach and referral generation.
• Fluent German (C1+) and English (B2+).
• Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Shopify.
• Familiarity with Katana or similar inventory/production tools.
