Business Development Representative – French Speaking

About the role

Unframe, an AI‑first startup, is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who will be the first point of contact with prospective enterprise customers. This fully remote position focuses on hunting new business through cold outreach and helps accelerate the company’s growth in the AI market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new enterprise leads via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings, and hand them off to the sales team.
• Research target accounts and tailor messaging to decision‑makers.
• Maintain activity logs and pipeline data in the CRM, iterating on outreach tactics based on performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of outbound sales experience (BDR/SDR) in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluent in French and English; additional fluency in German, Spanish or Italian is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of cold‑calling and email prospecting.
• Self‑driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup.

Required skills

• Experience with outreach automation tools (e.g., Outreach).
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as Lusha.
