Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive new business in the DACH region for our market‑leading MarTech SaaS platform. The role is fully remote (Germany or Austria) with quarterly visits to our Paris office, and focuses on building a robust pipeline of enterprise customers such as Disney, Netflix, Uber and Coca‑Cola.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales contacts across strategic accounts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling, following defined email cadences and cold‑calling scripts.
• Utilise Salesforce, Kasper, Outreach, Cognism, Seamless, MOJO and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage activities and maintain data quality.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, attend training, role‑plays and weekly pipeline reviews.
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and update the sales engagement platform daily.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Business Development Representative in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in the MarTech industry is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work with email cadences and conduct cold calls.
