Business Marketing Manager – IGT Devices (DACH)

About the role

Philips is expanding its International Marketing team with a Business Marketing Manager for the DACH region, responsible for the full IGT‑Devices product and solutions portfolio. The role combines strategic portfolio marketing with hands‑on field execution, supporting adoption of Class IA guideline treatment options across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Own the DACH market zone as the primary marketing owner, driving local market planning, activation priorities and execution quality.
• Translate global marketing strategy into DACH‑specific messaging, campaigns, engagement formats and sales‑enablement priorities.
• Collaborate with global marketing, market intelligence and sales leadership to prioritize target accounts and growth opportunities.
• Lead demand‑generation activities that increase awareness, utilization and customer preference for the full IGT‑Devices portfolio.
• Build reference sites, customer testimonials and clinical proof points, partnering with KOLs and professional societies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or a related field.
• 3–5 years of downstream marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or med‑tech.
• Proven ability to manage a broad product and solutions portfolio and lead market initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Strong execution skills, excellent presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in German and English with willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.
