Über die Position

ODDO sucht einen Business & Marketing Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Marketing für eine befristete Laufzeit von zwei Jahren. Die Stelle ist in Deutschland angesiedelt und umfasst die Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung sowie der Regionalmanager, Corporate Clients Advisors und Sales Associates.

Hauptaufgaben

Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung International & Corporate Banking
Selbstständige Erledigung aller Office-Management-Tätigkeiten (Terminkoordination, E-Mail- und Dokumentenorganisation, fremdsprachliche Korrespondenz, Statistik, Verwaltung von Mitgliedschaften)
Organisation weltweiter Reisen, Reisekostenabrechnungen und Visa-Management
Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen (PowerPoint, Internetrecherche)
Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen und Seminaren, z. B. Trade-Finance-Seminare und Weltbanktagung
Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Event-Marketing und Kundenveranstaltungen
Erfassung von Event- und Marketing-KPIs
Mitarbeit an Videos und Medien sowie an interner und externer Kommunikation
