Business Travel Consultant for United Nations

About the role

Westtours-Reisen GmbH is looking for a Business Travel Consultant to manage business trips exclusively for the United Nations. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, ensuring every detail of corporate travel meets the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate business trips for United Nations personnel.
• Provide advice and book flights, trains, hotels, car rentals and handle visa requirements.
• Support workflow optimisation to maintain efficient travel processes.
• Maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction throughout the travel lifecycle.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a travel agent or comparable qualification.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong motivation for customer service and a friendly, confident appearance.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to embrace new sales opportunities.
• Residence in Germany.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or comparable platforms.
• Experience using Deutsche Bahn reservation tools.
