Business Travel Consultant – Remote (Germany)

About the role

Join Navan’s Global Operations and Service team to deliver best‑in‑class travel support to corporate travelers. Working remotely from Germany, you will be the front‑line contact, helping users book flights, hotels, cars and rail while ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist travelers via chat, phone and email, providing accurate booking information and troubleshooting.
• Maintain deep knowledge of suppliers, destinations and Navan’s platform.
• Analyze customer needs quickly, prioritize based on urgency, and meet SLA expectations.
• Support self‑service usage of the Navan app and platform.
• Follow travel, expense and global compliance policies.
• Provide regular feedback to product, design and engineering teams.
• Participate in team meetings to stay updated on product launches and industry changes.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing corporate and leisure travel bookings.
• 3+ years advanced experience with Sabre or Amadeus GDS (ticketing, reissues, cancellations, PNR management).
• Familiarity with ARC and BSP markets and complex fare structures.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
