Butcher / Machine Operator (Raw Ham Production)

About the role

Bell Deutschland is looking for a butcher / machine operator for its raw ham production line. You will operate production machinery with precision, prepare raw materials and keep the process running smoothly across shifts. The position is temporary, full-time, on a 2-shift basis, starting as soon as possible, and requires German.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production facilities for the manufacture of raw ham
• Prepare and process raw materials (ham) according to recipes and quality specifications
• Carry out product changeovers and set-up procedures
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards (IFS, HACCP)
• Record production data in the SAP system
• Assist with maintenance and cleaning tasks

Required profile

• Completed training as a butcher, food technology specialist or equivalent qualification
• Experience in food production is desirable
• Technical understanding and experience of operating machinery
• Reliability, teamwork and willingness to work shifts

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is an advantage
