Cabin Crew – Cologne

About the role

Join Ryanair’s growing cabin crew team in Cologne and become part of a network that serves over 600 000 passengers daily across Europe. No prior experience is required – you will receive fully‑paid, internationally recognised training and earn your cabin crew wings before taking to the skies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a safe, comfortable and high‑quality inflight experience for passengers.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling enquiries and issues with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Follow all safety and security procedures and regulations.
• Work a rotating roster that includes early‑morning and late‑evening shifts, up to 5 days on and 3 days off.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, outgoing and customer‑focused.
• Flexible and able to work shift patterns, including early starts and late nights.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm and able to swim 25 m unaided.
• Comfortable speaking and writing English.
