Campaign Manager – French Market (Berlin)

About the role

Join bonial’s French‑speaking Campaign Management team in Berlin as a Campaign Manager for the French market. You will shape digital advertising strategies for retail clients, driving measurable results across multiple media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored digital media strategies and recommendations based on client briefs.
• Set up and manage campaigns on Bonial Media, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google & YouTube Ads, DV360 and other networks.
• Monitor performance continuously and optimise campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients during and after each campaign.
• Take full ownership of campaigns, seeking ongoing improvements and innovations.
• Test new advertising networks, formats and channels to keep the offering cutting‑edge.
• Support operational excellence for French‑market clients.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to enhance bonial’s advertising products.

Required profile

• Excellent French language skills and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in an agency environment; paid‑social experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on digital media buying expertise with strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with Snapchat, TikTok or programmatic (DV360) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify trends, uncover optimisation opportunities and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
