Campaign Manager – French Market (Fixed‑Term, Berlin)

About the role

As a Campaign Manager for the French market, you will join bonial’s Berlin office and work within a fast‑growing digital advertising team. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns that help offline retailers reach new audiences online.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored digital media strategies based on client briefs and business objectives.
• Set up and manage campaigns across Bonial Media, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google & YouTube Ads, DV360 and other platforms.
• Monitor performance continuously and optimise campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present results to clients.
• Take full ownership of campaigns, driving ongoing improvement and innovation.
• Test new advertising networks, formats and channels to expand reach.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance bonial’s advertising solutions for the French market.

Required profile

• Excellent French language skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven professional experience in campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with digital media buying and a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Motivation to thrive in a high‑performance, fast‑paced setting.
