Central Procurement Planner – Global Supply Chain

About the role

RIMOWA is seeking a Central Procurement Planner to shape and execute its global supply chain strategy. You will coordinate procurement planning across regions, ensuring alignment with production needs and company policies while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global procurement planning and ensure local teams follow the supply plan and policy.
• Monitor and report procurement KPIs, consolidate raw‑material requirements, and manage medium‑ to long‑term supply forecasts.
• Train and support local procurement teams on core processes and tools, and enhance existing IT solutions.
• Collaborate with Central Purchasing and Planning to improve reliability and service levels.
• Conduct monthly S&OP analysis, define stock policies, identify capacity gaps, and propose alternatives.
• Analyze raw‑material obsolescence, participate in supplier quality discussions, and support material preparation for S&OP cycles.
• Lead the procurement community to share best practices, create synergies within LVMH, and perform performance reviews with key suppliers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or business, preferably with a supply‑chain focus.
• At least 5 years of experience in planning or procurement.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation abilities across diverse functions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of communicating complex topics clearly.
• Innovative, agile mindset with solution‑oriented thinking.
