Chef de Rang – Events Service (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

We are looking for a Chef de Rang to join the Events team at Soho House Berlin. In this front‑of‑house position you will serve members and guests during private and public events, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and take orders for event services.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain high standards of table setting, service etiquette and cleanliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues to guarantee satisfaction.
• Support the team in setting up and breaking down event spaces.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant or event service.
• Reliable, friendly and passionate about first‑class hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a natural flair for delivering excellent service.
