Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the company’s financial strategy, planning and analysis, ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, the CFO will shape decisions that drive the organization’s financial health and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.
• Support financial planning and analysis initiatives across the business.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and coordinate company audits.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure legal compliance for all financial functions.
• Manage relationships with banks and external financial partners.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with a finance‑focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with C‑level executives.
• CPA or MBA preferred but not mandatory.
