Civil/CSA Supervisor – Data Centre Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil/CSA Supervisor to lead the execution of civil, structural and architectural works on a flagship hyperscale data centre in Frankfurt. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure safe, on‑time delivery of a technically demanding build.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site CSA activities across assigned work areas.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Monitor progress against the programme and report on milestones.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues and support planning and sequencing of construction activities.
• Promote excellent health & safety practices throughout the site.
• Liaise with engineering, commercial and project management teams to keep delivery on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising CSA works on large‑scale construction projects.
• Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission‑critical projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, architectural finishes and fit‑out.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to site management.
