Client Delivery Manager – Sovereign Cloud Delivery (Germany)

About the role

As a Client Delivery Manager you will be the primary point of contact for SAP’s European Sovereign Cloud customers. You will guide customers from contract signing through onboarding, ongoing service delivery, and renewal, ensuring they receive consistent, high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end customer engagement for Sovereign Cloud services, from signature to ongoing delivery.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, release and maintenance projects, and architecture‑governance coaching.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholder groups, driving satisfaction and value realization.
• Handle issue mitigation, escalation management, and renewal initiation.
• Collaborate with internal SAP teams to align service delivery with product road‑maps and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing roles within cloud or SaaS environments.
• Strong ability to manage complex, multi‑stage engagements and drive customer success.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior customer stakeholders.
• Understanding of European public‑sector and regulated‑industry requirements is a plus.
