Client Solutions Manager – Fashion (Berlin)

About the role

As a Client Solutions Manager for the Fashion & Luxury segment, you will join TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team in Berlin. You will work closely with brand and agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class campaign services, drive growth strategies and ensure long‑term client success.

Key responsibilities

• Educate fashion and luxury clients and agencies on TikTok’s ad products, best practices and measurement tools.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide data‑driven insights, optimise ROI and recommend new advertising solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews, manage upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.
• Lead custom programs, sponsorships and content campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering and campaign execution, to troubleshoot issues and build scalable processes.
• Kick‑off campaigns, manage timelines, assets and optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management or digital advertising.
• Proven track record managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad‑tech products.
• Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution and measurement technologies.
• Experience working with fashion, luxury or similar high‑visibility brands is a plus.
