Eine Top 3 Pharma-Agentur mit Büros in Wien, München und Zürich/Zug sucht einen Client Success Director für München. Die Stelle umfasst die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Kundenportfolios, die Führung des Projektteams sowie die Entwicklung individueller Kommunikationsstrategien für die Kunden.

Hauptaufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Kundenportfolios
Führung und Anleitung des Projektteams
Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Kommunikationsstrategien und iterative Kundenberatung
Marktbeobachtung, Analyse und Ableitung von Handlungsmustern

Anforderungsprofil

Top Know-how in der Pharma-Kommunikation
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Pharma-Kommunikationsbranche
Weiterbildungsbereitschaft, Proaktivität und vernetztes Denken
Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent, souverän auch auf Entscheiderebene
