Eine Top 3 Pharma-Agentur mit Büros in Wien, München, Frankfurt und Zürich/Zug sucht einen Client Success Director (w/m/d) in Frankfurt. Die Stelle umfasst die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Kundenportfolios und die Führung des Projektteams.

Hauptaufgaben

Führung und Anleitung des Projektteams
Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Kommunikationsstrategien und iterative Kundenberatung
Marktbeobachtung, Analyse und Ableitung intelligenter Handlungsmuster

Anforderungsprofil

Top Know-how in der Pharma-Kommunikation
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Pharma-Kommunikationsbranche
Weiterbildungsbereitschaft
Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent mit souveräner Auftreten auf Entscheiderebene
