Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift

About the role

The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a busy outpatient setting. Working day shifts from 8 am to 5 pm, the RN supports physicians, ensures smooth patient flow, and maintains high standards of safety and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
• Assist physicians during medical procedures and minor surgeries.
• Perform diagnostic tests and administer prescribed medications.
• Provide patient education on treatments, medications, and follow‑up care.
• Maintain and calibrate clinical equipment.
• Act as liaison between the physician, patients, and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, and HMOs.
• Support other medical staff to keep patient flow efficient.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and completely.

Required profile

• Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing (Arkansas state license or multi‑state license covering Arkansas).
• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
