Clinical Account Manager – Soft Tissue (Germany)

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing MedTech organization looking for a Clinical Account Manager to lead commercial growth for soft‑tissue solutions across Germany. This consultative position focuses on building strategic hospital partnerships, supporting clinical adoption, and fostering long‑term relationships with surgeons and healthcare decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hospital and clinic accounts throughout the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Develop and nurture relationships with surgeons, clinicians, procurement teams, and key opinion leaders.
• Support product evaluations, demonstrations, and implementation projects in trauma, orthopaedics, sports medicine, and wound‑care settings.
• Identify and develop reference centres and KOL networks to drive product credibility.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, Product, and Market Access teams to align strategies.
• Achieve territory growth targets and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of medical‑device sales experience, preferably in trauma, orthopaedics, surgery, sports medicine or wound care.
• Proven ability to navigate complex hospital sales processes and close deals.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany as required.
