Clinical AI Author – Join Top 100 Physicians in Germany

About the role

MetaQare is building an international network of the top 100 medical specialists in Germany to co‑author Clinical AI models. As a Clinical AI Author you will translate your specialist knowledge into structured, evidence‑based clinical reasoning that powers safe, explainable decision‑support tools for real‑world healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design, creation and validation of specialty‑specific clinical reasoning models.
• Provide structured clinical knowledge aligned with current standards of care, AWMF guidelines and evidence‑based practice.
• Review anonymised clinical cases and participate in peer‑review rounds with senior specialists.
• Work closely with MetaQare’s scientific and technical teams to ensure model accuracy, transparency and ethical compliance.
• Contribute to continuous model improvement as new evidence, guidelines and clinical standards emerge.

Required profile

• Medical degree (Staatsexamen) recognised in Germany.
• Board‑certified specialist (Facharzttitel) registered with the relevant Landesärztekammer.
• Membership of a relevant professional association (e.g., DGK, DGHO, DDG, DGGG).
• Minimum 5 years of post‑residency clinical experience.
• Demonstrated evidence‑based clinical reasoning and interest in medical innovation.
• Strong command of German and/or English.
• Eligible to collaborate as an independent professional in Germany.

Required skills

• Clinical reasoning based on AWMF guidelines and evidence‑based practice.
