Cloud Security Officer

About the role

Quipu, the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group, is seeking a Cloud Security Officer to design and oversee enterprise cloud environment controls and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze existing cloud structures and create new security methods to enhance cloud‑based environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Software Development teams to embed strong security controls throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage technologies and processes for global Information Protection, including issue identification, documentation, integration, gap assessment and continuous improvement.
• Advise project teams, application owners and other security teams on information security controls.
• Develop security criteria, procedures and policies; conduct internal security audits against internal and international standards.
• Analyze security best practices and trends, providing recommendations.
• Communicate cloud security and risk status to business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external security partners to align with company security goals.
• Define, implement and maintain cloud security compliance policies for standards such as PCI DSS, ISO27001 and GDPR.
