Cluster Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail stores across Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance and ensuring each store delivers outstanding results.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of all assigned stores and consistently raise standards.
• Use data, insight and reporting to identify opportunities and improve sales, service, operations and people metrics.
• Proactively manage risks and implement action plans to maximise results across the store portfolio.
• Partner with Store Managers to strengthen commercial thinking and guide the use of tools and reporting.
• Directly manage one flagship store, ensuring operational excellence, visual merchandising, stock flow, cash handling and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a high‑performing Store Manager.
• Track record of leading multiple stores, preferably within designer outlet environments in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the Netherlands.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance data.
• Leadership skills to coach and develop Store Managers.
