Collection Services Officer (French & English) – Hybrid

About the role

In Global Business Services, the Collection Services team manages receivables for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely reminders, dispute handling and post‑dunning processes. The role serves as the main contact for external customers and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure high‑quality receivables management.
• Perform active reminder activities, document results and comply with deadlines and guidelines.
• Handle dispute cases, coordinating with sales and credit managers for timely clarification.
• Execute post‑dunning processes and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Act as the direct point of contact for external customers and internal partners.

Required profile

• Completed formal vocational training in Business and Commerce or a comparable degree.
• First professional experience in accounts receivable is desirable.
• Fluent in English and French; additional European language skills are a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
