Collection Services Officer – French & Italian (Hybrid)

About the role

Join BASF's Global Business Services as a Collection Services Officer, supporting a portfolio of customers while ensuring high‑quality receivables management. The role combines active dunning, dispute handling, and direct communication with external customers and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform active reminding activities and document results in the system.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and internal guidelines.
• Handle dispute cases, coordinating with sales and credit managers for timely resolution.
• Execute post‑dunning processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for external customers and internal partners.

Required profile

• Completed formal vocational training in Business and Commerce or a comparable degree.
• Ideally first professional experience in accounts receivable.
• Fluent in English and Italian and/or French; additional European language skills are a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
