Commercial Operations Manager - EU

About the role

embecta is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager for the EU region to turn data into commercial impact. In this strategic leadership position you will partner with Country Business Leaders and General Managers to deliver insight‑driven decisions that accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Commercial Operations strategy, ensuring insight‑led commercial teams across the region.
• Act as a strategic partner to regional and country leaders, providing robust data, performance insights, and scenario planning.
• Deliver executive‑level presentations and visual narratives that clearly communicate commercial performance.
• Oversee forecasting, business analytics, commercial planning, KPI management, market insights and demand planning.
• Champion multi‑channel and omnichannel selling models in close collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Implement streamlined, consistent processes and analytics across the cluster.
• Drive adoption of digital tools such as HealthCloud and Pitcher to optimise sales and marketing execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial operations, business analytics or sales effectiveness within a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and the capacity to influence commercial strategy.
• Track record of leading high‑performing teams and managing cross‑functional projects.
