Commercial Product Manager

About the role

Televic Rail is seeking a Commercial Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap and portfolio decisions for TFT displays, audio systems and related platforms. You will work closely with market, customers and technical teams, both in Germany and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage product strategies and roadmaps for hardware and software solutions.
• Identify market opportunities, create business cases and define pricing strategies.
• Own product positioning, portfolio profitability and lifecycle management.
• Support sales, bid management and conduct workshops for international customers.
• Analyse market trends, competition and collaborate with product marketing.
• Mentor other Product Managers and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of product management experience for technical hardware/software products.
• Business‑fluent German and English (minimum C1).
• Strong execution, strategic thinking and willingness to travel internationally.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €60,000 and €90,000, based on experience.
