About the role

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Commis de Service to join the Soho House Berlin team. In this hands‑on hospitality position you will support the food and beverage operations, ensuring that members enjoy a seamless and memorable experience every time they visit.

Key responsibilities

• Stock all service stations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Prepare service passes and assist with the setup of food and drink stations.
• Run food and beverage service during peak periods, supporting the front‑of‑house team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Soho House’s high standards of hospitality.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a fast‑paced team.
• Friendly demeanor with a natural charm for interacting with members.
