Communications Associate (Part-time, 60%)

About the role

Redalpine is looking for a creative, independent‑minded Communications Associate to work part‑time (60%). You will help shape the firm’s narrative and amplify the stories of its portfolio companies across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Redalpine’s communications strategy across channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and experimental platforms.
• Craft engaging content such as blog posts, portfolio announcements, website copy, and partner thought‑leadership pieces.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver events ranging from intimate founder gatherings to large ecosystem conferences.
• Design clear, visually strong materials using Canva or similar tools to support campaigns and brand moments.
• Track performance metrics across channels and continuously refine communication tactics.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing or a related field, preferably in startup, tech, VC or finance environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear narratives.
• Strong instinct for social storytelling, especially on LinkedIn, and experience creating newsletters.
• Detail‑oriented event planning background with a creative approach.
• Comfortable working independently, setting your own agenda and delivering without close supervision.
