Communications Manager – Luxury Brands

About the role

The Communications Manager will lead the communication strategy for a selected portfolio of Moët Hennessy luxury wine and spirits brands in Germany. Working closely with the local brand team and global Maison stakeholders, you will create compelling, consumer‑focused narratives that enhance brand desirability and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel communication plans, covering media, social, CRM and experiential activations.
• Co‑create the overall PR agenda for Moët Hennessy Germany and align it with brand objectives.
• Maintain and expand a high‑impact PR network with journalists, editors and key opinion leaders.
• Set, monitor and optimise KPI dashboards to continuously improve communication performance.
• Collaborate with media, social and CRM teams to ensure integrated, immersive brand experiences.
• Educate and train the German marketing team on communication trends and innovations.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on executional ability.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German proficiency preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture media relationships.
• Results‑oriented mindset with experience tracking and acting on performance metrics.
