Community Manager & Creative Copywriter

About the role

LOOP is looking for a Community Manager & Creative Copywriter who will bring FMCG food brands to life through conversation and content. You will craft compelling copy, spark engaging interactions, and turn everyday product moments, launches, and cultural trends into shareable stories.

Key responsibilities

• Write digital copy, captions, community posts and campaign messaging that inspire meaningful engagement.
• Develop creative asset ideas from client briefs, pitch concepts and guide internal creatives during execution.
• Respond to comments, messages and conversations across social platforms, creating authentic interactions.
• Build and nurture engaged communities by turning product moments into craveable, shareable content.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints with brand‑sensitive tone, collaborating with Customer Care.
• Monitor food, beverage and cultural trends and translate insights into timely content and activations.
• Conduct social listening to identify risks, anticipate crises and uncover growth opportunities.
• Communicate fluently in German (native) and produce high‑quality copy in both English and German.

Required profile

• Passion for food culture and understanding of fast‑moving consumer behavior.
• Strong written communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, digital environment where creativity and responsiveness are key.
• Experience managing online communities and creating brand‑centric content.
