Community Manager

About the role

Mindspace is looking for a full‑time Community Manager in Berlin to lead the member experience in its flexible workspace environment. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for members, guiding them from onboarding through daily operations and ensuring a hospitality‑driven, high‑touch service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first and go‑to contact for members, delivering a seamless and high‑quality experience.
• Manage member accounts, onboarding, and ongoing relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Handle day‑to‑day inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and support community events.
• Collect feedback, monitor usage patterns, and contribute to retention strategies.
• Maintain the welcoming atmosphere and uphold Mindspace’s service standards.
