Compensation and Benefits Manager

About the role

BESTSECRET is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of its global remuneration framework. You will work closely with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure competitive, compliant, and strategically aligned pay practices across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and benchmark the group salary structure, updating bands and grading as market conditions evolve.
• Design and manage performance‑based compensation programs, including annual variable pay and long‑term incentive plans.
• Oversee international benefits programs (health, retirement, welfare), ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements and other local legal obligations.
• Serve as the central point of expertise for HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and managers on compensation matters.
• Lead a newly created HR Analytics & AI role, providing data‑driven insights for compensation decisions.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and internal metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
