Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Compliance Analyst will support governance, reporting, and policy management in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. Based in Germany, you will work closely with compliance, risk, and cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory processes are documented, reporting is accurate, and internal policies stay aligned across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports, presentations, and management materials for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication.
• Analyze compliance data, monitor key metrics, and produce recurring reports for leadership, board members, and regional teams.
• Track initiatives, remediation actions, and project milestones while maintaining regular reporting cadences.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting inputs and compliance documentation.
• Support the review, maintenance, and governance of policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines across jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate records of governance documentation, approval workflows, and document lifecycle status.
• Facilitate policy review schedules, obtain stakeholder approvals, and contribute to continuous improvement of governance processes.
• Collaborate with international teams to promote consistency and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in compliance, risk management, governance, audit, project coordination, operations, or a similar role within financial services, fintech, banking, or another regulated industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
• Proven experience coordinating projects, following up on deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing professional reports and executive‑level documentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and monitor key metrics.
