Compliance Operations Analyst – European Onboarding

About the role

As a Compliance Operations Analyst you will own the onboarding and risk assessment process for European corporate clients, ensuring KYB, KYC and AML reviews meet EU regulatory standards while supporting scalable compliance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding cases for European corporate clients, reviewing documents, verifying legal representatives and beneficial owners.
• Conduct risk assessments against internal policies and EU AML/CTF regulations, making documented decisions on acceptance, escalation or rejection.
• Review colleagues’ cases, maintain audit‑ready documentation, and drive improvements to compliance workflows and tooling.

Required profile

• 3+ years of operational compliance experience with SME or corporate clients in a bank, fintech or regulated institution in Europe.
• Hands‑on expertise in KYB/KYC onboarding, complex corporate structures and European AML/CTF frameworks.
• Degree in law, finance, economics or relevant certification (e.g., CAMS) is a strong plus.
