Construction Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to lead the legal management of our construction and energy projects. You will work closely with project and claim managers to ensure contracts are robust, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors, including major energy operators such as 50Hertz and Tennet.
• Provide legal support throughout project lifecycles, collaborating with project managers and claim managers.
• Maintain and update standard contracts, template letters, and internal contract libraries.
• Ensure all contractual activities comply with legal standards and internal policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks during project execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.

Required profile

• Law degree or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in contract management, preferably within construction, energy, or project‑based environments.
• Deep knowledge of civil and construction contract law.
• Proven ability to handle complex contract structures and negotiate with diverse partners.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Fluent German; Polish language skills are a plus.
