Construction Manager – Piping Installation (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in piping installation to lead and coordinate our construction sites across Europe. You will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction sites in collaboration with the Project Manager and clients.
• Coordinate and execute piping installation projects according to schedule.
• Assign, guide, and supervise multiple installation teams.
• Conduct site inspections, including kick‑off meetings, handovers, and progress reviews.
• Organise and manage site equipment and materials.

Required profile

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., plant mechanic, heating & plumbing installer, pipe fitter) or equivalent.
• Additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman is desirable.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman.
• Strong background in piping or plant construction, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
