Construction Site Manager

About the role

The Construction Site Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations for advanced data‑centre projects in Frankfurt and the Netherlands. You will be responsible for delivering the full interior package safely, efficiently and on schedule while ensuring strong communication across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from initial construction through final inspection.
• Manage delivery of structural ceilings, internal walls, raised access flooring, hot‑aisle containment systems and other critical fit‑out elements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and multiple workstreams to maintain progress.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a robust safety culture on site.
• Track progress and maintain project records using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimise delays and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication between clients, project managers, site teams and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supervisors, logistics, EHS managers, QA specialists, BIM and engineering teams, quantity surveyors and operations leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing on‑site construction or fit‑out activities, preferably in data‑centre or mission‑critical environments.
• Strong understanding of EHS, QA/QC and document‑management best practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Good command of English; German highly desirable, Polish an additional advantage.
• Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach with the ability to lead crews and suppliers toward safe, high‑quality outcomes.
