Construction Worker / Rockfall Protection Specialist (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for motivated construction professionals to join a client’s projects in Germany, focusing on rockfall protection and high‑risk work at construction sites within a 300 km radius of the headquarters. The role offers long‑term employment with relocation support and initial accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Secure rock faces and steep slopes using nets, anchors and other securing systems.
• Install and maintain rockfall protection measures.
• Perform rope‑access techniques for work at heights.
• Operate special tools and machines required for rockfall protection.
• Comply with all safety regulations on site.

Required profile

• No fear of heights and good physical fitness.
• Basic German language skills (minimum A2).
• Valid driving licence class B (truck licence is a plus).
• Willingness to undertake assembly work and relocate to Germany.

Required skills

• Rope access techniques.
• Rockfall protection and net/anchor installation.
• Operation of special tools and machines.
• Excavator or other construction machinery operation (experience welcomed).
• Driving licence class B.
